Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“the Law”), your personal data is processed by Genesis, which operates within Sistem Grup Şirketleri, as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed
When you submit the quote request form or the contact form, we receive the following data that you enter:
- name and surname
- company (if you enter it)
- e-mail address
- phone number (if you enter it)
- the content of your message
- on product pages, the product your request concerns
In addition, when you visit the website your IP address and technical request information reach our web server and appear in ordinary web server logs. Please do not include special categories of personal data in your message.
3. Purposes of processing
- receiving, evaluating and answering your request;
- contacting you about your request and carrying out the related quotation process;
- providing the website securely and keeping it running (server logs).
4. Method and legal basis of collection
Your data is collected electronically, through the forms on the website and through web server logs. The legal bases are Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (processing of data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
5. To whom and why data may be transferred
Requests are stored in the website’s database and forwarded by e-mail to info@sgg.com.tr; they are viewed by authorised staff through the administration panel. Your data may be transferred to service providers that supply hosting and e-mail infrastructure, for the purpose of running the website and receiving your request, and to authorised public bodies and institutions where the legislation requires it, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the Law
Under Article 11 of the Law, anyone may apply to the data controller in order to:
- learn whether personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad,
- request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
- request that the operations carried out under the two items above be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against the person that arises from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for the damage suffered because the data was processed unlawfully.
8. How to apply
You can submit your requests to the address A.Ovecler Dist., C.Emec Blvd., 1328. St. 15/1, 06450, Cankaya/Ankara or to info@sgg.com.tr, in writing or by the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (for example registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an e-mail address previously notified to the data controller, as that Communiqué provides). Your application should identify you and state the subject of your request.
Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request; if the operation requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged (Article 13 of the Law). Your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the Law is reserved.
